We are based in Faye-la-Vineuse close to the historic town of Richelieu, where the countryside is unspoilt, the quality and pace of life pleasant and the price of property attractive.

Situated between Tours and Poitiers the area is easily accessible from the UK by car, fast train from Paris in just over 1 hour or direct flights to Tours, Poitiers or Angers.

Once the home of French kings, the Loire valley is filled with vineyards and orchards, pretty villages and famous châteaux such as Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and Loches.

The climate is mild with long warm summers. You’ll enjoy an unheated outdoor swimming pool from May to September and everything grows in the garden.
